Our Services

Full Body Relaxation Massage

1 Hour- $100

A relaxing full-body massage designed to ease tension and promote overall wellbeing, working systematically through the major muscle groups. The session typically begins with the front of the body, gently working the feet and legs to relax tired or fatigued muscles, improve circulation and loosen tension, before moving to the arms, working from the shoulders down through the forearms. The client then turns to allow focused work on the back, using broad, flowing strokes to release tightness across the upper and lower back, followed by attention to the neck and shoulders to relieve the stiffness and stress that commonly builds up in these areas from everyday activity. Throughout the treatment, a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading and light pressure is used to calm the nervous system, reduce muscle tension and leave the client feeling refreshed, balanced and thoroughly relaxed.
